Adpal’s range of Avercon packaging machines is extensive, including tray erectors, case erectors and lid applicators.  These systems can be easily integrated into end of line packaging systems, and customers can choose from a range of standard machines or if you prefer you can opt for a personalised solution, please contact us for more information.

All Avercon’s machines are designed and built in house and include the following models.

Tray Erectors – TE Range

The Tray Former automatically erects trays made of solid or corrugated cardboard using hotmelt glue:

• Easy & fast changeover (for the smallest models a simple change of a preset indication)
• Optional: automatic changeover
• Range of machines suitable for various tray designs such as: nestable trays, leak proof packaging, octagonal trays, trays with attached lid, trays for fruits and vegetables with ledges and for strengthened corners, etc
• Easy synchronisation with other equipment

TRAY ERECTOR FOR (VERY) LARGE TRAYS PALLET TRAYS ALSO AVAILABLE - the TE Giant has many advantages:

• The blank is fixed in the folding station and erected by pneumatical/mechanical folding devices
• The tray is formed by folding around forming tools
• A quick changeover in less then 5 minutes, without the use of tools
• The unique folding system results in a silent and economical working of the machine
• Slotted and die-cutted blanks are possible

Case Erectors – CE Range

Our most popular model is the Case Erector CE710: for RSC cases with hotmelt glue or tape (Fefco 0201), capacity 10 cases per minute.

• Easily accessible blank magazine
• Transport system independent on width tolerance of cases
• Possible to use heavy as well as light quality corrugated cardboard
• Easily accessible machine
• Simple construction with minimum maintenance

Lid Applicators – LAS Range

We have two Lid Applicator models, as follows:

Lid Applicator LAS 10 machine for max. 10 lids/min. 
Lid Applicator LAS 20 machine for max. 20 lids/min.
