When you install a system with Adpak and Adpal, it doesn’t end with the sale.  We pride ourselves on our complete service and spares back up – we have the expertise and contacts to ensure that any requirements are dealt with quickly and efficiently.  From supply of consumables to full project management of your installation and technical support, we have the expertise you need.

SPARES

Due to our close relationships with our principal suppliers, we are able to offer spare parts at very reasonable prices and most items are available from stock.  A standard spares list is issued with the purchase of each machine and whether you are ordering in bulk or one off emergency parts, our after sales team will strive to turn around your order as urgently as you require.

SERVICE

We have a large, dedicated team of engineers and a fleet of vehicles, and we can provide swift, expert advice when you need it.  Training and updating of skills and knowledge is paramount for our team, given the advances of the technology we deal with.  We also have the back up of our suppliers, to ensure that no problem is unsolvable!
