These machines include pick & place robots manufactured by Fanuc.  Integrated into a complete system, the robot fully satisfies the requirements of flexible end of line packaging. The new 420 series manipulating robot can carry out packaging, display and transfer of different products, plus it has a wide operation space and is washable for food packaging applications.

Conventional Palletising Systems with layer deposit

• Automatic palletiser Pal-Pack 4000 series
• Automatic palletiser Pal-Pack 5100 series

The Pal-Pack 4700 deposits and centres layers, one after the other on a stationary pallet.  It offers a wide range of speeds, with a maximum of 280 layers per hour and requires little floor space.  It is fully automatic, but operators can easily access areas safely due to heavy duty protection from moving parts and an operator terminal.
