Conventional Palletising Systems with layer deposit

• Automatic palletiser Pal-Pack 4000 series
• Automatic palletiser Pal-Pack 5100 series

The Pal-Pack 4700 deposits and centres layers, one after the other on a stationary pallet.  It offers a wide range of speeds, with a maximum of 280 layers per hour and requires little floor space.  It is fully automatic, but operators can easily access areas safely due to heavy duty protection from moving parts and an operator terminal.

EURO 92 – 94

The robot palletiser model Euro 92 – 94 is a universal scara system with 4, 5 or 6 axis capable of handling different items from one or more points and placing them on one or more pallets horizontally aligned, following a pre programmed pattern.

MP35

The robotic palletiser model MP35 is a universal scara system mounted on a trolley car, with 4, 5 or 6 axis.  Capable of handling different items from one or more points and placing them on one or more pallets horizontally aligned, it follows a pre programmed pattern.  The robot can palletise up to 15 different products on 15 pallet positions with 15 different patterns simultaneously.

PSP200

The robot type PSP Telescopic Gantry is a universal cartesian system with 2, 3 or 4 axis.  Capable of handling different items from one or more points and placing them on one or more pallets horizontally aligned, it follows a pre programmed pattern.  The robot can palletise up to 15 different products on 15 pallet positions with 15 different patterns simultaneously.
