Horizontal Form, Fill & Seal

The BVM range of high speed, horizontal form, fill and seal machines incorporate the latest "state of the art" technology and have an outstanding reputation for reliability, value and flexibility. Suitable for high speed, high quality bagging operations or combined with a shrink tunnel for presentation or collation packaging. The longitudinal sealing unit allows products of infinite length to be wrapped on a machine with a footprint of only 2 metres.

Each Compacta, 5022, 7522 and 10022 has an upper format limit of 450, 700, 950mm respectively.  A format limit is the sum of product width plus product height.

The system can be developed to incorporate flighted infeed conveyors, sheet and magazine feeders, booklet openers, labelling heads, ink jet printers and a range of product handling features.

BVM combined sleeve sealing machines are designed for capacity range up to approximately 15 cycles per minute.  The sleeve sealing machine and the shrink tunnel are mounted as a unit on one machine frame.  By means of flat film, a film tunnel is produced which is shrunk tightly around the product in the following shrink tunnel.
Because of the constantly heated, maintenance free sealing system Polyethylene film, thickness 20 to 100 microns, can be sealed and cut reliably. 

BVM sleeve sealing machines are available as in line or right angled infeed versions, depending on the machine type.  By means of flat film, a film sleeve is produced.  Whether as a semi automatic machine or installed in line with infeed and outfeed conveyors, in right angle execution with mechanical pusher or with film draw-off grippers, packaging machines for a wide range of applications can be produced.

Flexible by using a separate shrink tunnel, perfectly adapted for individual requirements.
