Automatic Bander

Equipped with two film roll carrier assemblies suitable for banding with polyethylene stretch film palletised loads. The machine applies bands of polyethylene film on pallets. While the pallet is moving on conveyors, the lateral banding is carried out. Next, the pallet stops itself in order to enable the film cutting and sealing.  Features: Standard machine is composed of two film roll carrier assemblies Vertical sealing bar unit, which slides on upper linear guides Film unwinding assembly complete with stretching roller by electromagnetic brake adjustable by control panel Sealing bar for cutting and sealing the film complete with teflon coated inserts Temperature adjustable by control panel Electric control panel with PLC, visual display fault signal, manual operations and cycle times setting Optional features on the 0295 include: Machine complete with film roll carrier assemblies adjustable in height suitable for placing the band Machine complete with four film roll carrier assemblies suitable for applying two lateral bands to the pallet
